>>78234321It wouldn't be spite so much as just wanting to continue where she left off. She's finally roughly at the point where she left Nijisanji, if not a bit ahead of that in terms of audience. She loved the selen design more than anybody, so it's not too big of a deal for her to continue in the same vein. She doesn't have to start being an entirely different person just because she's not there anymore, since everything that Selen ever did was entirely through her own merits, despite Nijisanji constantly holding her back.
