Yo, a couple hours early with this one but I want to establish a new idea/weekly thing I want to try.
I talk on stream about fitness and nutrition a lot, but wanted to dedicate a day each week to it so I can practice Zatsu content and also provide advice to anyone on their fitness journeys.
Experimenting with the idea and it may change a lot, but for now I'm gonna have a weekly Thursday "Fitness Check-In" stream that's gonna be a place where people can submit their stats, questions, or whatever related to the topic. I got a few requests for this type of content, so in effect it'll be like having access to a trainer for free for a couple hours each week. I've set up anonymous questions via Marshmallow which you can find on Twitter if people don't want their stats or questions tied back to them.
It's during my normal stream time, so I'll be going live at 12pm EST today (2 hours from now) with the first one.
