Been lifting for a few months now. I genuinely look forward to it and feel restless on rest days. The increase in Test has made my general mood far better, I feel more confident interacting with people, and the "post-9pm thoughts" have dissipated. I can feel my abs and can sorta see them in the right light; I think I'll have a nice visible six-pack after another a couple more months.
I'm glad my oshi is realistic, down to earth, and pushes self-improvement; not pretending to be my gf.
