Having some skepticism is healthy but don’t let paranoia and doubt consume you, as the honey that replied to you said, the only way to weigh things is to see if anyone is a bad actor when something similar happens again, so instead focus on what’s good. I don’t think anyone actively hated her, but people can also only do so much: if your co-worker gets fired, how much is it your responsibility as much as it is their own? The reality is very likely very little of it is on you. Keep your head on you, and remember most people didn’t have enough time to get to know her internally either.
