https://animefest.org/e/AF2022/Location), AnimeFest 2022 is being held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. I couldn't find a map layout of the convention on their site or the Guidebook app, so I searched their Twitter and they retweeted the image of the convention layout I attached.
According to the Guidebook, the Luxiem panel is being held in "ME" (
https://guidebook.com/g/#/guides/animefest22/schedule/sessions/28021228?scheduleDayPosition=2022-07-30&scheduleSearch=LUXIEM&scheduleIndexInDayPosition=7). It also mentions that this was a ticketed event, so I don't expect there to really be a massive line.
Referencing the Sheraton Dallas's seating document (
https://www.enactusunitedstates.org/app/webroot/files/dal_-_floor_plan_and_meeting_space.pdf), it looks like it was being held in the Dallas Ballroom on the first floor. It's very difficult to tell based on the images posted in this thread if they were using the entire ballroom or if they just half of it for seating. It honestly looks closer to 66% capacity than anything so the closest official estimate on the document would be the "B or C" configuration. I think based on the angles posted here it looks like they went with either the Classroom or Banquet configurations and that would be around 300-460? I'm leaning more towards the Classroom configuration based on the seats I counted in the pictures posted.
