If you sincerely think your favorite youtuber has the inherent talent and content quality to get 1M+ subs an a good, consistent viewerbase, then go ahead and promote her so more people know about her so she can grow. This is really not that complicated, tons of small channels have good content but if no one knows about you no one can watch you in the first place.
Complaining about some big channel being big instead of yours is not going to make your channel bigger. If you think you found a good streamer, let people know so they can watch her too.
