the actual GPU/compute "class" of the chip requires something ranging from "mild" to "an excessive amount of" fuckery to make work properly with ROCm, it will only work on Linux - I don't count the ONNX shit as "working", 1. you don't actually get to use webui, and 2. you have to convert the model to make it usable.
The only Polaris cards worth bothering with getting running on webui are the ones with 8GB VRAM. RX480. RX580, 570, 590. Certain Radeon PRO WX cards, I think the 5100 is the lowest end one that came with 8 GB VRAM. And it's still a headache to make work. It's really only viable for Vega GPUs with >=8GB VRAM and newer, and still requires Linux and a mild amount of hair pulling.
