>>7087345I honestly don't even know what you're going on about, furigana is generally to clarify readings for particularly rare stuff or to help low-level learners like children, it's not some language replacement or whatever. Nobody wants to use kana in everything because it slower to read and because the language has so many homonyms. Before the digital age the argument of writing kanji being bothersome had more merit, but now that 99% of writing is done on electrical devices that write them for you it's not really a problem for most people either.
There are some specific cases where kanji are legit annoying, like unusual names or ateji, because completely separating the readings and meanings of kanji from each other ditches the whole reason they are useful, but for the most part I'll take sentences with shitload of kanji over shitload of kana any day of the week, they're so much nicer and easier to read.
