I only get some shoulder blade pain sometimes when I paint my miniatures. Been like that for a few years, doesn't bother me that much. Had lower back pain in my early thirties until I switched to a harder mattress. I was told that if you sleep on your side, get a soft mattress. If you sleep on your back, get a hard mattress.
