It's a similar situation to Masaru, Yugo and Ryuushen, though I'm pretty sure the latter is meant to be ambiguous, not outright male. They've all got that voice female seiyuus do when acting as a young male (see: male characters in anime with female VAs, like Kurapika and Shinji).
