The part that gets me is the girls telling her "she'll do great" so supposedly she got a new role, but it doesn't have to be a job. It could literally be the responsibility of being a parent.
They were all very discreet about it, Sana just told them "[you girls] know what happened" between their sobs. It's not like her RM announced anything notable since then.
