These are pleasing to me since they sell the apparel and environment and their interactions as being something tangible and less "drawn on" and flat as with most 2d styles. The style suffers in regards to torso elongation and fingers, but those can usually be hidden with posing, and when I want to look at nice fabrics and detailed hair, this is the style I go with.
