I don't actually care about the Phase 3rd Anniversary stream. It's obvious even before it starts that none of them want to be there and will just be phoning it in. The stream will be one or two hours, whatever minimum time that Sakana set, and that's it. Nothing new or interesting will be said. At absolute best the managers will be brought out like it's a dog show to try and appease the older fans who are dissatisfied with them.
