If i recall correctly, by a vote to be a sort of "mouth" for the group since you know, he is very good with words and has a certain image in the thread.
There also has been no central "authority" in the group. Everything has been decided by votes, which had to be unanimous in the vast majority of the cases.
That being said, im really looking forward to this, sounds incredibly fun.
