I return with a rewrite for a new version of the emulator because Nintendo can't stop me. Tried and tested.
So here you go:
Quick guide for retards on how to play MHGenU online because barely anyone will use this but my spite endures.
1) download the game:

3) replace the inside of the "emu" folder you got in the game download with the inside of the new emulator
4) open the Ryujinx emulator through the Ryujinx exe once to avoid possible launcher issues
5) open the Ryujinx emulator from now on just through the launcher exe, obviously pick the Ryujinx option when prompted
6) in the emulator, configure your keyboard/controller under options>settings>Input>Player 1
7) make sure options>settings>network mode is set to RyuLDN
8) create a new profile under options>Mange user profiles
9) add the game directory under options>general
Congratulations, if you start MHGenU now, you can go to multiplayer tab and search/create lobbies in "local network". If you don't know if it worked, tough luck barely anyone except us would be playing on this beta-ass branch so just trust me, I tested it.

try to use and groom a gathering palico to play as (you can play as palico, just go to the palico board) - it speeds up gathering and small hunts, palicos have infinite durability tools and gather faster.
