Therefore my rrrratt: She started flirting / dating Shee's brother for a while which made her hate flirting and being open to anything towards her audience, had a menhera episode or few, broke up with him and this soured her and Shee's relationship to the point it is now.
This would explain also why Bad Rei has still attempted to connect with Shee through raids and being in the chat, etc. Bad Rei saw Shee as a non-factor towards the relationship with her brother. But Shee is ignoring and no longer considers her a friend because "she hurt his brothers feelings".
