S1 is low budget with not great CG and mainly aimed at kids but has a lot of SOVL and comes off as charming and cute. There's a little mysterious and engaging world building but it never goes anywhere.
S2 on its own was ok but it lost the magic and didn't hit anyone's story expectations. There was also a big drama shitstorm around S2's launch that tanked the brand's potential.
