There's a lot of interactivity between the girls and the chatters. A lot of channels, and they each have a little section for themselves specifically. Voice channels seem to be used a lot. At one point they were holding an impromptu group karaoke session. The first time I checked into the server Haru was sharing architecture pics in the art channel. There's a couple guys who wish every girl a good morning in each of their individual channels, which is cute. There are roles for each of the girls' fans and a bot that pings them when a steam is about to start. None of the users really seem to stand out in a bad way.
It just seems kinda normal.
Also there's stuff like this every now and then.
