And as far as programming Neuro goes, how they're planning on having her control the dog is via an emulated joystick. It's not like she's controlling the legs individually. It's going to be a hard-coded walk cycle. If you gave Neuro control of a robot arm and didn't template any actions, all she would be able to do is flail it around because she literally couldn't comprehend what it is and what it does.
