I know I'm a week late to the party, but I just watched Kiara's anniversary concert (I don't normally watch Kiara) and I feel the need to talk about how impressed I am.
There was a good mix of her original songs and covers. My God, the covers were damn good. She invited some really strong singers, and yet it never felt like she was being overshadowed by her guests. On the contrary, she was a great fit in every song. Styx Helix for example, she harmonised really well with AZKi!
From there, she went straight into a fantastic performance of MAGIA, and just when I thought that was the concert's climax, she hit me with the best cover of Blumenkranz I've ever heard. I'm glad I learned German in school, understanding the lyrics makes the song so much better. She recorded her own backing vocals for it and everything, and she absolutely nailed the falsetto part ("du bist sehr stark") near the end. Just fantastic.
The choreography was great the whole way through, Camera work also had a lot of effort put into it.
Overall, I think Kiara can be really damn proud of this concert. It's right up there with Suisei's 3D lives as one of the best free Holo concerts ever.
