Since mythic deals with such risky assets, they get to play really fast and loose with their activities. They use collective of centralized internet platforms as singular media vehicle to infiltrate into your lives and influence your views, employing fair amount of cheap tricks like clandestine social media promotion and negative campaigns against competition and former employees. Most of the rrats produced on this board are probably their work, most notably phase connect shitposting and boyfriend scandals.
Why they exist if those talents are basically worthless from traditional media standpoint? Cause aforementioned moguls still want to have some control over online spaces to build their narratives and manufacture trends and sensibilities and online influencers get away with unbelievable amount of bullshit, cause online communities recognize them as their own even if it cannot be further from truth. Asmongolds bald ass being this high profile amongst dissident single young males is not a coincidence, his supposed views on society and politics are not a coincidence. I know bunch of autists that use him in the same way their boomer parents used evening news programming. Effects are pretty much identical too.
