After dragging Yuul's dead carcass in, Vic said he had to go back out, then there was a timeskip (cue Yuul healing montage to the Harlem Globetrotter's theme, ending with Scout obnoxiously slamdunking the bundled up old bandages in the trash, putting a hole in the wall and causing the stink-eye from Madam M) and Vic returned with Tiara. Most likely Vic was scurrying around looking for her after the encounter at the old house and caught up with her just outside the bar. A bit convenient plot-wise, but plausible enough. I declare it canon.
