She had a private Discord for close fans (she called it Yuricord or Hostage Bunker, everybody else called it the "groomcord" for obvious reasons) which was forbidden by the contract she signed. She was told repeatedly to close it and to use the official Phase one. After much tard-wrangling she gave up and closed it. But then she opened a new, even more secret one and allegedly started accepting donations bypassing the company's share. At some point they decided enough is enough and fired her. I'm not sure I can blame them, I would have done the same.
