Yeah man, I've been there before. Even when I was crunching for a milestone release I felt like I could keep going. But four months of that, and a year of spinning my wheels afterwards, I'd checked out of everything except feeding myself. I really do hope you get free soon, and seriously, if you can you should take a major break between whatever you're working on and whatever comes next. That's what's always helped me.
