CAD There was a nice little newly renovated house nearby on sale for 120K just a few short years ago. If I had the money and stable position I do now I would've jumped all over that and probably could even be a home owner able to sustain living all on his own. But life's a lot of what ifs and what could'ves... Now housing prices are slowly growing faster than the number in my bank account is. I should look again soon though, I might find something similar sometime again.
