After today's collab Michiru and friends learned that they dont have to be in-game to do stuff together, so the game itself has become irrelevant. Of course this means that Michiru is messaging males right now (no really, right in this instant), she'll become close friends with one of them and will start dating him.
Given this circumstances, she is not going to be streaming much of anything for the next 4 months. Be happy for her, she will grow as a person.
