Vivi, Kotoka, Rosemi, and most of the other girls are totally innocent but the clique and especially Enna/Millie/Elira need to be blacklisted. They destroyed a good thing and need to be reminded of this at every opportunity.
The males are irrelevant though since they'll never get any viewers without Niji. Look at Kuro and Quinn lol.
