I once pooped in the shower by squatting down, I imagine using a squat toilet is somewhat similar to that right?
It honestly felt really good and clean, it went out much nicer than doing it sitting and I barely had to wipe at all since it just plopped out in one fluid motion with my cheeks well spread instead of everything rubbing against each other while sitting
