>>20787998>>20788377To be honest, the /morig/ navy probably has a faction that is glad to see peaceful relations between /meat/ and /risu/, because that's that much more territory not getting raided, so our limited resources can be focused on other areas. However, in typical deadbeat fashion there's also a faction of hardline deadbeat admirals fuming about it who would like open hostilities and (hopefully wrongly) see this as risunners just becoming a tool for /meat/ military operations. And then there are the admirals who'd just want to pull the fleets back home and pursue a more isolationist foreign policy. They're probably all arguing and accusing each others of falseflagging.
Also I don't think we said every ship in the Holo sea would end up getting ascertained by a patrol, without satellite technology I don't think that's physically possible kek. More like, if a patrol happens to cross the path of another ship, those are the criteria used to decide whether they should investigate.
