>>83629127>Having a long chain of custody makes the texts less reliable, not more. This and the first link do not agree, nor is it relevant to my point
>Overall, apologists employ sophistry which disingenuously tries to evade the main point of why contradictions make the Bible unreliable instead of actually addressing it.This is wrongly believing there are contradictions in the bible to begin with
The guy in the 2nd link was so dishonest and scummy about it the entire time, all while claiming the same for the people he's speaking against
He's a hypocrite and he's wrong on multiple accounts
If there's no explanation for a contradiction then sure, that's a contradiction, but he goes out of his way to show that there are indeed explanations for everything, he just nitpicks what helps his case, something he himself said was really irritating for people to do when speaking against what he preaches
He also tried shutting down any way of responding by saying "apologists will try this and that to counter, which is funny and pathetic" at the start of the video, he is too personal with these responses for him to also be able to preach for truth or objectivity in a academical setting
Horrible video and a waste of my time
