In terms of general best vsingers, taking the whole package into consideration I'd say HIMEHINA are still top of the game. Highly talented, unique vocals, originals out the ass, high quality MVs, cute models. 10/10 singers.
Other mentions I'd throw in the top echelons are YuNi and MaiR.
I like the kamitsubaki girls and kotone, but they're admittedly less strong on the singing front than the actual top singers. I might swap a few of them for YuNi though since she can be hit or miss on some songs.
I'd actually put some of the PRISM girls above Chima desu.
