Mata's is in the future, and if you were around in 2023 and don't remember how it happened, it was obvious that VShojo were trying VERY hard to convince Nyan to stay. In the 2 days inbetween the Vei and Silver announcement Nyan talked about having meetings literally all day long, likely to try and get her to stay. At the end she still decided to go though, and it's why her decision was delayed.
Basically unless we start hearing about another member being swamped with meetings at VShojo literally all day, there wouldn't be much of a reason to separate announcements and she'd be the only one
