It was really early on in her career so we didn't think much of it at the time, but it ended up just being another apology she'd have to get used to making... She was super bummed about it too because up to that point, she had made it a point to finish any game she started, and even said for a few days that she would work to get the perms back before eventually saying not only could she not get the perms back, but I think she was flat out banned from Resident Evil for the forseeable future and she would have to find a new horror game to stream for halloween month. I think that's why she started Dead Space?
