You feel slightly sleepy, and sleep schedule starts going bananas if left unattended. Very common in northern countries and for neets who stay indoors all day.
If you're suffering from poor quality sleep, you might want to look into it. And if you're not getting lots of veggies in your diet I'd advise D3 + K2, otherwise the D3 won't be very effective (detrimental even). Be sure to take it every morning with you cwaffe.
