I'm not sure if this is what that weirdly defensive guy was referring to but basically, someone in Shondo's chat brought up that Neuro covered Ribbon Cage. Shondo was skeptical because she never even released an instrumental for the song and assumed he was lying. The twitch vod is gone but I tracked down a youtube reupload:

You can recognize him because he loves calling people Shonpedos. But, fair is fair, he's right that Shondo never officially acknowledged the cover, other than that brief comment where she thought the viewer was lying about it.
We do know she eventually knew it was real because the Neuro clipper who uploaded the cover reached out and got Shondo's permission first. I think her approving it at least means she has no negative feelings about it. I do hope one day she acknowledges that Neuro covered her original song but it's been a while, so it would have to be whenever or if they have a future interaction.
