Tbf though it's not just a Disney issue (for all we know their creative input on the show is nil atm anyways), the BBC itself has been known to have a Liberal-Left leaning bias for years now.

Based of them to be able to bring it back too, one of the best serials of the time either way. Just one of the many reasons I love the Tom Baker/Philip Hinchcliffe era of the show too, Talons of Weng-Chiang being another kino classic too.
