Men don't belong in corpos because as a man being controlled causes stress and resentment. Men need to have the freedom to decide everything for themselves, and to flourish or fail by their own choices. The best thing would be a company where all the members are equals and there is no staff or executives above them. Basically indie males banding together under a shared banner to create that corpo branding and community feel without the corpo restrictions.
Also don't be a little menhera bitch. Don't whine. Don't cry. Don't cave like a coward, nor go back on your decisions because it ends up upsetting people. If your audience or antis are doing dumb shit you don't like, ban them and laugh. It's your responsibility to foster the sort of audience you want in the first place, and if it gets to the point where your "fans" are stressing you, controlling you, or causing you to tiptoe, you've fucked up. You can't please everyone, and the support you get from a slightly smaller number of viewers who respect you or are attracted to you for having a spine will outweigh the lukewarm attention of narcissists and sociopaths who get tilted because you tell them off. Stop being afraid.
PLEASE can we get some mentally and spiritually strong males that male viewers can admire? The reputation of male vtubers won't be healed until we have anime heroes and otaku comedians instead of faggy soi streamers and sexual predators.
