You will never have Mercy, or Stronny, sitting in your lap while you play overwatch, or osrs. You will never get to experience Stronny watching you play and raging at your teamates for letting you die even if it was your fault or Mercy reading BL and being all excited about things happening in a vn she's playing on steamdeck i don't play vns but i assume you can play them on a steamdeck you will never get to rub their head while waiting to find a match, for the match to start, or to respawn. you will never get to grind skills, do quests, or rack up your kc farming barrows while Stronny talks and shows you different seeds. or Mercy talks about anime and vns and asks you if you're listening every once in a while because you're just lost in the moment
