>>40443338To win you need to have 4 sequences or triplets (sequence = three tiles in a row. E.g: {1,2,3} {5,6,7}, etc; triplet = three of the same tile. E.g: {3,3,3}, {7,7,7}, etc) and a pair (two of the same tile).
Get this and you will have a COMPLETE hand.
In order to win a round you need to have a COMPLETE hand but also have something called a YAKU.
There are so many different yakus that I can't type them all out with the character limit but some examples are:
>All triplets: No sequences in your complete hand only triplets and a pair>Green/Red/White Dragons: A triplet of one of the dragon tiles. (red/white/green tiles with no numbers)>Flush: A complete hand with only one tileset. Think of this like spades and clubs in poker. There are bamboo, pins, and manzu (the red ones)>Half flush: Only one tileset AND some dragon or wind tile triplets. You can't mix bamboo and pins for example.>Outside hand: Your hand only has sequences of {1,2,3} or {7,8,9} and a pair of either {1,1} or {9,9}>Half Outside Hand: Above but with triplets of winds or dragons.
