I think the main reason people are concerned, even if they don't realize it, is that there is no logical reason for management to approve the collab. As far as I can consider, the only thing that Hololive stands to gain is signaling that people can collab with EN so long as they're willing to behave. Otherwise the collab is basically a vanity bit for Kiara to say she got to collab with vShojo. I'm not against that, but I still think it's a bit risky.
