>>47437068It just looks shit. It's too busy, the outfit is shit, too much of the forehead is exposed. The tattoos just add to the busy aspect, but they could make sense on a design without 20 hairpins. I still wouldn't like it because tattoos are a sign of low education and being an unproductive lumpen, or at least having taken on their culture in some way, but it would work for the people who are into it.
