First, by reading the Q&A, I noticed some Bloom effect do not trigger if you bloom using a 1st bloom member instead of a Debut; does that apply to all 1st bloom mems with bloom effects? If not, why are these restricted specifically, and are there more? Or any criteria?
Second, what about 2nd bloom members? Can I bloom a 2nd bloom member on top of the same one to trigger the bloom effect again? Or is there a restriction in this case as well?
