For anyone looking to debut soon here's your advice.
In terms of themes a lot of people claim they don't care but some options like Demon Lord or Vampire are unpopular enough that realistically they do a bit.
People tend to prefer pretty boys over buff bara men or shotas, with 4 female viewers preferring pretty boys and only 1 femanon preferring shota and buff respectively.
For stream content the majority of viewers preferred games but arts and crafts and zatsudans are also very popular.
People would also prefer you to play an instrument over drawing something.
Watchalongs in general are a bad idea but personally I think it depends on how often you do them and what they're for. React videos are definitely a no go though.
Surprisingly a lot of people wanted educational videos.
For games people REALLY like Minecraft. I guess that probably ties into zatsudan stuff. Apart from that rhythm games and jrpgs are popular.
Nobody wants to watch you play through an MMO unless you're Fulgur doing it with Millie so you can drop that idea.
