Huh, just listened to Ike's karaoke. I've always been so impressed with the energy in his vocals and his growls that I somehow completely failed to notice the guy has no chest voice at all and can't do falsettos either, that's kind of interesting. The reason he can't handle singing for long, and why he doesn't karaoke as often is because he does nothing but head voice.. also he somehow missed the beat when singing sometimes, that was weird.
Has Ike ever talked about how he learned how to sing? This sounds like someone extremely talented who is self-taught and never bothered learning the basics.
