Here for example there was Brouni race introduced in Etrian Odyssey V, playable were they only as botanist and shaman. In Final Fantasy (14) you have those gnome guys around. Both races have child-like proportion, in the male case rather shota-like, but they still can keep the look of young adults without disproportional bodies of real life midget people.
