Kronii's a toss up since it'd probably depend on who it was for or what the circumstance was. She does have pettiness in her as well as (stubborn) try-hardness too. If motivated to, she could just want to be better so no one could claim it was "just cause of her time powers"
Luna's stamina has far improved since those days I wouldn't say so. Plus the better she is, less time she would need. Also talking in terms of "current" (whatever that would be) skill level and in terms of giving (as opposed to being used)
