someone who believes something despite indisputable evidence to the contrary (ie they are delusional)
a writing style that feels disjointed and without focus
when someone writes a totally insane rant about one topic but the content barely addresses the original concern
occasionally it could just be an otherwise normal person vomiting their stream of conscious or insecurities (ie "schizoing out")
