It's like asking what's the number 1 quality a baseball player should have. There's different qualities for different positions. There are those whose oshis can't sing the right note to save their lives but have popular karaoke. Even if you divide the audience up, just taking the ojisan crowd for example, you have those who prefer genki girls to comfy girls and vice-versa. Some people like sluts, some people like seiso, some people like GFE while others prefer daughter simulators.
