In case you didn't know, you can add a second and third clock to your taskbar that will show you the time of other locations when you click on your PC's clock in your taskbar. It's available in Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
If you don't live on the East Coast of the US, I'd recommend adding a US EST (Gura's timezone) clock and a JP clock if you can't do the timezone math in your head.
