Here is an objective assessment of who in Advent is at risk of an early graduation. I feel like this is necessary after Sana, the infamous Ina nepotism hire, didn't even last a whole year in Hololive. In order of debut:
Shiori Novella
No Risk/Low Risk. Shiori has years and years of experience on her interacting with both normal and unhinged fans. It is clear that she loves this job and this opportunity is a dream come true. Regardless of the situation, she has already won and benefitted from Hololive and she is now free to do whatever she wants.
Bijou Koseki
Low Risk. Smart and creative, Bijou is a loli type character that has lolicons and pedophiles protecting her from schizos. Money off Hololive will be good and she will never want for anything. Just like Gura she can take breaks whenever she likes because this type of audience will wait like an obedient slave for their master's return, so there is no need to graduate when things go bad. Being young and stupid, there is a low risk of graduation by health or death.
Nerissa Ravencroft
No Risk/Low Risk. Nerissa already admitted that she joined to fuck her oshi and your oshis and she will not stop before she has achieved this. However, why would she ever stop if she can just continue fucking her oshi as long as she is in Hololive? Coombaiting, regardless if fake or not, has already ensured that her community will let her do just that and she won't get scrutinized for this behavior like Vesper, because she is a girl. She is a singer, so chances are high that other members will approach her and she will violently rape them during her career. The low risk of graduating comes from when there are no more oshis to fuck.

HIGH RISK. FuwaMoco's innocent pledge on debut has brought out the worst type of fan to latch onto them. They see this skit as a binding contract and are ready to behead them figuratively and literally whenever even a PERCIEVED misstep occurs. An off-handed mention of a male, an innocent greeting in chat, even invoking the general term of "Holostar" will activate these absolute schizos and cry bloody murder, citing their pledge as a broken promise that now needs to be mended. FuwaMoco do not have the mental fortitude to deal with this sort of schizo onslaught, as seen by their fun and lighthearted content. Their innocent goal of bringing smiles and happiness will be dictated by walking on eggshells, after feeling the backlash of the first yab, as to not offend so called "true ruffians", that would abandon them in a heartbeat and see them dead, if they dare to break their insane guidelines, always using the pledge as a piece of evidence of promised happiness. These people will dominate their community and break several rules commonly set out by vtubers. Derailing chat and demanding explanations for this or that behavior that they deem has broken FuwaMoco's pledge in their eyes. The twin dogs will be beaten and battered by their "loyal fans" into mental illness and we will lose, what probably is, one of the best channels in Hololive to date. Graduation withing the first year is highly likely because of schizos who think themselves "true fans".
